It’s Oktoberfest all year round in Epcot's Germany! The main restaurant is an indoor biergarten similar to one found in the 16th century town of Rothenberg.

The buildings surround a plaza that boasts a statue of St. George battling the dragon. St. George is the patron saint of Germany – as well as the patron of soldiers and chivalry.
German architecture changes from region to region and from period to period. Similarly, architecture in Epcot’s Germany reflects various regions and times.
Facades of the buildings range from a 16th century merchant’s hall in the Black Forest, to a 17th century town hall in Frankfurt and the Eltz Castle on the Mosel River.
Details on the buildings are extraordinary – and sometimes whimsical, like this fellow on the left.
