Disney Resorts ON-Property
There are 3 basic classifications for resorts plus an incredible campground. All have pools and are designed according to fun themes.
1. Value Resorts: Least expensive. Smallest, most modestly furnished and outfitted resorts. They include: All Star Movies, All Star Music, All Star Sports & Pop Century.
2. Moderate Resorts: Midrange in all respects. They include Port Orleans Riverside, Port Orleans French Quarter, Caribbean Beach & Coronado Springs.
3. Deluxe Resorts: Most expensive. Largest rooms with most upgrades, best facilities and options. They include Animal Kingdom Lodge, Boardwalk Inn and Villas, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, Yacht Club, Beach Club & Contemporary.
Most rooms accommodate 4 people, although some resorts have "Family Suites" which accommodate 6.
Fort Wilderness Campground accommodates RVs, tents (bring your own) and also has rental cabins. It is pretty cool and provides lots of ways to have an outdoor adventure too. There's fishing, (catch and release) boating, a water park, hiking trails, etc. This really is camping - Disney Style!
