This enormous water park is 56 acres of sopping wet fun surrounded by sugary-white sand beach.
Here are some of the highlights: The
Wave Pool This is the biggest wave pool you're ever likely to see! When the water is calm, listen for the horn. It signals that the fun is about to begin. With a resounding "whump" the waves start to build. They'll reach 6 foot walls that are great fun to body surf. Then there'll be calm again.
Shark Reef
This is extremely cool - both literally and figuratively! Don your goggles and snorkel (bring your own or use them for free) and jump into the chilly saltwater. Then float from one end of this pool to the other while watching the sea creatures below. You'll see live stingrays, sharks and tropical fish. Castaway Creek
This is a “lazy river” ride where people of all ages can grab an inner tube and meander around the park in the gentle river current. Don’t get too relaxed though. There are several spots where icy spray will jolt unsuspecting riders. Gangplank Falls
Jump into family-sized inner tubes (up to 4 people) and hurtle 300 feet through rushing water till you splash down in the exit pool at the end!
Humunga Kowagunga - Minimum height 48 inches.
Cross your arms over your chest and let go! You'll reach up to 30 miles per hour - if you dare to challenge this body slide!
Storm Slides
These body slides hurl you through caves and waterfalls.
Keelhaul Falls Grab your inner tube and haul it to the top of the stairs. You're on your own as you zip down this water slide. Crush 'N' Gusher - Minimum height 48 inches.
These are 3 fairly new water slides.
Choose the Banana Blaster, Coconut Crusher or Pineapple Plunger in this abandoned fruit processing plant. Jump on your raft and blast down a 410 to 420 ft long chute full of twists and turns. Ketchakiddee Creek - Maximum height 48 inches.
Small fry get their own play area full of pint-sized slides and water features.
Mayday Falls and Gang Plank Falls - More fabulous rafts ride down roaring water slides.
